  • Where is the store based?

    Seattle, WA

  • How are stickers shipped?

    All stickers and sticker sheets will be mailed UNTRACKED through the USPS. This is to decrease shipping costs for those who only want to buy stickers. If you would like your stickers to have tracked shipping, please include the request in the notes section.
    I will send a separate request payment through paypal, and once that is fulfilled, I can ship out your order with a tracking number.

  • Where is the store located?

    I am located in Seattle Washington!

  • How long will it take to receive my order?

    I normally prepare and ship out orders within 3-5 business days after the order is placed. If the order is placed on a US holiday, then the orders will be shipped within business 3-5 days after the holiday.
    Orders shipping domestically within the US will typically arrive within 5-7 business days and also depends on the local postal services. With COVID, shipping times may vary depending on your location.

    If for any reason there is a delay in shipping out your order, I will contact you through the email provided on your storenvy account, so please make sure that email is up to date!

  • Will there be delays due to COVID?

    Possibly!
    Due to COVID and other current situations, your order may take a bit more time to reach you than normal. Please know that I have no control over the shipping speeds after the package leaves my hands. Please have patience and thank you for continuing to support my small business!

  • Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

    We sure do!
    Any international orders would be sent through USPS through First Class Shipping. This default option is untracked and there is no estimated arrival date. Please email me with further questions and concerns before placing your order! I will show proof of shipping the item, however I am not responsible for lost packages after they have been received by USPS.
